MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia College males’s and ladies’s swimming groups misplaced to Pitt and George Washington at Timber Pool in Pittsburgh on Saturday.
The lads’s swimming and diving group (0-3) misplaced to Pitt, 227-70, and George Washington, 184-110. The ladies’s swimming and diving group (0-3) misplaced to Pitt, 240-57, and George Washington, 190-104.
Sophomore Maddie Smutny was the one Mountaineer to win a person occasion, inserting first within the 200-yard freestyle (1:49.53).
Senior Conner McBeth posted two podium finishes, inserting third within the 50-yard freestyle (20.38) and the 100 free (45.13).
