MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia College males’s and ladies’s swimming and diving assistant coach Sydney Pickrem is competing for Group Canada on the 2024 Brief Course World Championships in Budapest, Hungary, from December 10-15.
 
Prelims will happen at 3 a.m. EST every day and finals will start at 11:30 a.m. The championships will air on NBC/Peacock.
 
Pickrem will compete within the 100-meter breaststroke, 200 breast and 100-meter particular person medley. She will even be a part of the relay group competing within the 100-meter freestyle relay.
 
Pickrem represented Group Canada on the 2024 Paris Olympic Video games. She positioned ninth within the 200 breaststroke and sixth within the 200 IM.
